Aren't these shoes beautiful?They are silk, probably made in the 1760's. I read a blurb in Readers Digest about a shoe museum. I had to find out about it for Feet Friday. It's called the Bata Shoe Museum and its in Toronto, Canada. What's fun about their web site is there is a online exhibit that you can visit. So go, and learn a little bit about the history of the shoe!
