Doughnut Rewards


Note to self: Do not do Tink’s new exercise routine at Yaya day for the fun of it when one’s grandsons are over for a visit. Your arms can’t handle it! Seriously. Be real.

I read in this months Fitness magazine that “walk, holding a baby” for an hour and 5 minutes burns off 243 calories! That’s one whole doughnut folks! I think I earned at least two doughnuts this weekend. Wait, baby weighs 16 pounds…maybe its more like three doughnuts.
Doughnuts will definitely help my arms to not hurt.
Definitely.

You sound like Terry on Friday.

He called me on his way to the ferry and said "Tip for the day: It's not a good idea to climb 32 flights of stairs an hour before you have to walk a mile to the ferry."

Carrying and cuddling babies definitely sound like more fun that 32 flights of stairs. :) I'd say you've earned your doughnut.

Whenever Jon says I need to exercise again, I'll just let him know about the carrying baby routine! LOL. It was SO nice to see you and dad!
