My goal was to have this top done by this weekend and I made it! It turned out so lovely. Soft and feminine. Just for me.
My hubby was outside playing with tree limbs and decided to make a tepee structure for our grand kids to play in the next time they come over. He called me outside to take a look. After I graciously told him how great it was, I then was like - this is perfect for taking pics of my Indian Blanket!!! :)
Love that he humors me.
Off the quilt topic - I have no idea why the light is so different in each pic. Photography is not my thing and it sure shows. If I cared I'd take a class, huh? :)

This is just gorgeous! I love your color palette!
So cool about the teepee and what a great place to photograph the quilt top, which is gorgeous. Hubby has his own 16 foot teepee and a small one that we had for our kids and we set up for Jared this summer. He loved it! It was "his" teepee.
I've already said it, but I will say it again: I LOVE this quilt! It is so wonderful. Also, so cool that Dad is making a teepee. We're going to study native americans in October so it's perfect timing. Plus, the kids will love it!
What a great version of this quilt! Such a crisp and happy palette. Good job! And the tepee - perfect. :)
